Because most of our furniture is custom made, and cannot easily be delivered, we have to maintain a no return policy. Upon receiving your furniture, if you do discover a genuine defect with our product, or we mistakenly overlooked something, we will make it right at our expense.
 
Please keep in mind we do not keep a large warehouse of inventory. We build a very limited number of pieces per year. Suffice to say, you are going to get a truly special, heirloom quality product. We have been in business for over 25 years, and can proudly state, we are yet to leave a client dissatisfied.
